Great math refresher!Great product to refresh some principles before starting the school year. The problems start out very easy and gradually get more difficult as you make your way through the book. This needs no supervision whatsoever if your child is familiar with 5th grade math.
Shaxy –
my daughter love it!Very helpful for training logic thinking and practicing math, my daughter love it!
Raul V. Campos Garcia –
Very usefulIt has been very useful with a student who had trouble solving problems in her tests at school. I recomend it because has a lot of problems and varied ones. I like the wide scope of the problems presented.

Five StarsAlways good to have practice.

Lacks explanationsMy kid’s verdict: problems are either too easy or too hard with no explanations, asked not to use these workbooks any more. As I see it, the book is a good review for familiar topics, it gives good practice for each type of problems. Anything unfamiliar I was explaining myself. I can explain just fine, but we were moving to more independent studying where I don’t have to hover over.
Dana Constantinescu –
good books, just not enoughThe books in this series are all good books, just keep in mind they are only a first set towards your child getting a good command of math or literacy.

grade 6 word problemsbought for my daughter who needs some extra practice with word problems. The ones we can both do together are great 😀 😀

Great Extra Curriculum AdvancementActually more work than taught at school, a good way to make sure your child is advancing ahead of the class or at least keeping pace with the curriculum. It is also a good method to encourage homework studies on a regular routine since most children seem not to have any homework and do not engage in any outside school activity other than video games or the occasional athletic sport.

Won’t buy a used work book again.Bought it used. I guess my fault but I didn’t think hard meant all the questions were solved. Seems super odd. Figured he was something that had been returned but not written in.
