Interesting addition to homeschoolI got this for my five year old who we’re home schooling to use in addition to the usual academic stuff and it was very interesting book, some areas were a bit too hard but very different from other things that we’re using in the curriculum

Very goodJust finished this book with my Year 1 twin daughters. By this age they are able to read tasks on their own. Overall I would say this book is slightly on the easy side for 5-6 years old (bear in mind that all children are different), but still some problems made them think hard.Book contains different types of problems grouped together — within each group tasks ordered from easier to hard. Each group consists of 4-6 double pages. Typically we would do ‘easy’ half of the group one day and ‘hard one’ the next day possibly with 1-2 pages from the next group.Couple of problems were ambiguous (e.g. choose 3 animals which have something in common) that is children (and myself) could come up with several possible solutions — hence a 4 stars.
