Description
Studies show that it’s important for children to engage in educational activities even when school is out. That’s why we developed our Summer Review & Prep series. Each book includes engaging math and reading activities that review concepts from the previous year and introduce next year’s curriculum.

Great book! This was a great summer book. Not too big for my kids to keep up with and right on par with their grade level. I love how it does a lesson in math and writing each day, one on front, the other a full page on back. Well done!

Good ReviewThis was a pretty good review workbook to use over the summer for my homeschooler. I wanted him to be able to review math over the summer, and this worked great. We were able to go right into his math curriculum seamlessly this school year.

MATH NOT ALIGNED WITH COMMON CORESo far reading is good, but math is NOT aligned to common core! They aren’t teaching kids in second grade how to add and subtract vertically with borrowing and carrying. See picture. My kids can’t do this independently and that is what I wanted from this book and EXPECTED since it’s from a tutoring company.

Good practice bookwe could expect more exercise to practice. Only two small exercises per day, my 6-year-old son finish in 10 min then what.

Doesn’t line up with Ontario curriculumMy son is heading into grade 3. The math content has things that the Ontario curriculum hasn’t covered by the end of grade two.
